DISCOVER

Sometimes facing difficult tasks without having someone that is able to process all those emotions is just too overwhelming. I provide a safe and non-judgmental space to take that first courageous step to discovering the “hard things” that have kept you from your full capabilities. Together, we will discover what works for you and what your coping toolbox should include.

LEARN

While we discover strategies and equip you with the tools for your personal toolbox, part of this therapeutic journey is learning more about your strengths, your triggers and your protective factors. It is learning again how to take care of you first.  It’s empowering you to feel fulfilled. We like to think we already know what we need, but life has proven that learning is a never ending process.

GROW

Discovering more about you from the inside out and who you are as a person and/or caregiver is the foundation to moving forward. Learning new ways to manage our anxiety, balance our emotions and persevere through the challenges, you have now created a toolbox to help you grow into the life you have wanted. The beautiful thing about growth is that it never stops. Therapy is just a step in the journey.

A helping hand when you need it

From a young age, I have always had a strong desire to help others. Whether it’s by being hands on in the community or sitting face to face helping others conquer hard things. My devotion to help others remains my passion in life. I want to be that person that someone can rely on at their hardest moments. I want that person to know that there IS something together we can change, that there IS always hope, and IS always a way to take steps forward.

Parents of special needs children

Special needs parenting takes 150% of yourself to care for others. So how are you caring for your own needs? Let’s start there and work together to find yourself again.

Child welfare professionals

As a foster parent, kinship caregiver, biological parent or a child welfare worker, the emotional rollercoaster is intense. Working through the challenges and waves of emotions are critical to stay physically and emotionally balanced. Finding a therapist that understands the child welfare system is essential in finding the proper care.
