2026 Angels in Adoption® Honoree
Diana Gelfand was nominated by a member of Congress and selected as a 2026 Angels in Adoption® Honoree by the Congressional Coalition on Adoption Institute, recognizing her commitment to foster care, adoption, and supporting families beyond adoption finalization.
As part of the 2026 recognition, Diana and her family traveled to Washington, D.C., where she participated in Hill Day and advocated for continued post-adoption support for children and families.
Her advocacy centers on a message closely connected to both her personal and professional experience:
